Created survey. Survey will not scroll

I am not able to scroll down on page 3 of a survey I have created. I can't get to the next page. The survey is supposed to go out tomorrow. It had been working fine... I do not understand why it is an issue suddenly?

Added information regarding my posted question:  This seems to be in Explorer. Chrome works fine. The issue is my company primarily uses and opens all links in explorer. Many don't have access to Chrome, Firefox etc...
