Error message: "Security header is not valid" when processing a payment

Hello, I'm trying to activate my form so that includes payment features. I think I'm skipping a step because I am getting a message that says "security error, security header is not valid" when I attempt a test submission. My account with PayPal for this form seems to be active. Is there a subscription that I'm missing for JotForm? I'm hoping someone can help me figure out what I am doing wrong.

    Thank You,

    Lonnie

    Hi Lonnie,

The error message usually caused by incorrect credentials on Paypal Pro Integration. Kindly verify our credentials on your Paypal Pro account. Please note that the Paypal API credential for Live account is different from Sandbox mode.

So if you have selected the Live mode please make sure that you are using the API credentials for Live mode and the same thing with the Sandbox mode.
