I currently have a free account, but I need to upgrade to a monthly plan. I've tried this multiple times, and can't seem to make it work. This is my second request for help.

For Professional Subscription: http://sites.fastspring.com/interlogy/product/jotformprofessional?referrer=mpacheco
After that, re-login to see the changes.
