Like the other two comments in this message, I'm unable to get the pull down list of PDF files I'm trying to pick from.

    My form is located here:

This is a re-post of a comment on How to Email Different PDF Document Templates Based on Users' Answers

I checked on your form but I was not able to replicate the problem you described. The different PDF document in the Email Attachment feature were available.

So if you will create multiple Email and use conditions to attached different PDF document base on the user's answer, it should work.

You can follow the steps from the guide.

Please let us know if you need further assistance.

I've tried multiple suggestions, different browsers, clearing the form cache through the settings, but I do not get to what you're seeing. I've attached all that I'm presented.

I should mention that I tested this on both Mac and Windows environments. I do not get the pull-down window like described?

I am able to replicate the issue you reported. I will report it to our developers. We will inform you via this thread once this issue is resolved.

BJoanna, this was a similar response to one of the other questions in the original message https://www.jotform.com/answers/1741414-How-to-attach-PDF-form-to-email. I hope they have an answer (possibly can't see it as it says unauthorized). I am on the new PDF editor as well.

Seems to me if you in support can see it and the end-user (myself) can't, that to me might be a permissions thing related to the user profile type. I'm on a silver level account, and not on enterprise.

Yes, the other user had the same issue. Our developers resolved the issue for that user.

And you are correct. We can see the PDF reports you created in the Email Alerts, when we check your form from our support accounts. However, we cannot see them if we log into your account.

For some reason, when I checked the status of PDF Editor for your account in our admin panel, it shows that you are using the old PDF Editor, not the new one and that is most likely the cause of this issue.

I mentioned all this on the ticket I created. Once this issue is resolved our developers will inform you here.

Unfortunately, we do not have an update. This issue is assigned to our developers with an important priority. If there is any update our developers will inform you via this thread.

I resolved this on my own. I discovered if I selected the template to make a new PDF from the pull-down menu it eventually gave me the option to use the new editor. I don't know why it would not give me that option until now. Once I did that, the pull-down options appeared for me.

Thanks, your insight at least gave me the right path to correct the issue. As for why I couldn't do this other than create a completely new document from the pull-down template option, you can forward that on to your developers to figure out.

To detail the steps I took.

    1. On the home screen selected Templates>PDF Templates

    2. Selected any template

    3. Selected Create a New Form

    4. The option to select the new PDF editor then came up.

    5. Created a second PDF

    6. Options for the email pull-down options then appeared across all forms for me.

I checked and the issue is resolved on my end as well. I checked again the PDF Editor staus in our admin panel and you are now using the new PDF Editor.

However, I am not exactly sure how you resolve the issue. Did you use this option?

Or did you enabled it from this page - https://www.jotform.com/pdf-templates/

Can you provide us a screenshot of the option you used?

Yes, I chose the second option through the menu option. I attached the screen shot.

As listed in my steps, once I did that, it gave me the option to switch things up as attached in the next screen shot (prior to this screen shot it would say Switch to New Editor). Once I selected it, it resolved my issues.
