Why isn't my upgrade effective on my account?

    I upgraded my form yesterday and the upgrade is not showing

    I have just checked on our records and I can see you have upgraded to silver using PayPal as payment method while the bronze monthly plan paid with credit card remained active, it was just renewed and that's why your account shows as bronze instead of silver. 

    I have set your account to the correct status, cancelled the bronze subscription and issued a refund for the last payment. The refund should be reflected on your bank account within 5-10 business days.
