I am afraid we do not have an ETA at the moment. So I have raised a feature request ticket on your behalf about the mapping of the fields in Multi-line Questions to the Salesforce fields. We will let you know if we have any updates on this.

Yes please. It doesn't make sense that I can have different fields in the Multi-Line Question but am not able to sync them individually. The current solution to separate them as different questions makes the form look tacky and long. 

You are right, hopefully, this is something that can be fixed by our developers. This support thread will be updated if we have any news.

In the meantime, you may also consider using a classic layout form where you can set custom pages with individual fields.
