My survey result is blinking

    Hello, my Name is Bibip from Indonesia. 

    My company has been using JotForm since early 2019. We were satisfied with Jotform and have been using Jotform for Mental Health Screening for our client.  

    Unfortunately, today I found that our Mental Health Screening couldn't be used. The survey result was blinking like it was an error. and It wasn't only in one form but all forms in our account. We need some explanation about this.

    We apologize for the inconvenience you are facing. By survey results, are you referring to your form responses/submissions? Also, did you check them from your Form Submission page or from your email submissions? 

    I checked the form URL provided above and random forms in your account and all are working fine.

    I checked the form submission page of random forms in your account and could not find any blinking. By blinking, could you let us know what you mean by that?

    If possible, could you provide us a video or screencast of what issue you are facing? You can provide the link to the video on this thread. If a video is not possible please provide us a screenshot of the issue - https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum.
