I may not fully understand your concern, but if you're referring to Education Discount, you have to submit your application on this page https://www.jotform.com/education/pricing/.

Our approval is within 24 hours. Once you are approved, you should receive a separate email with links to our non-profit/educational prices. You can upgrade through the links given or go to our pricing page.

Note that we can only approve schools that are non-profit, and can submit the necessary documents proving its current non-profit status.
