502 bad gateway error while after uploading pictures and submitting form

    When users upload a lot of pictures, it will occur Error 502 after submitted.

    I tested your form and it is working perfectly fine. I was able to submit it without any issues.

    I can see your earlier threads regarding this issue i.e. "502 Bad Gateway nginx". Is this issue happening only since Oct 15, 2019?

    I'm not sure if the issue is related to the payment failure on your account, but it seems that on Oct 13, 2019, the subscription on your account failed to renew. The issues with your form started occurring from Oct 15, 2019, onwards since that was when you logged your first issue regarding this error.

    I've cleared your form cache. Please test your form now and also please clear the pending payment on the account. Let's see if that resolves the issue.
