    Hi,

There is a problem with form submission. Some of the submitted forms haven't appeared in overall register and have disapeared completely this happened several times over past week.

Bellow you'll find a link to form that has these issues.

What could be the cause and how to avoid it?

Is there any possibility to recover any of these forms?

To clarify, some of the submission data is missing ?

May we know if the form is embedded to your web page?

May we know if you have made recent changes in your form?

    Looking forward for your response.

Not the data but the whole submission is missing.

No, it is not embeded in webpage, we are using it straight from jotform page.

Yes, I've removed one field and added an extra.

We are using it as a report for completed warranty works, where our technician is filling it on site and getting a signature from client that the works are completed. He is filling it on an ipad in web browser.

To clarify, the submission for the user is missing?

May we know if you receive a notification email regarding the missing submission?

Is it okay we test a submission with your form to check it out? May we know the web browser your technician is submitting the form?

Usually when a form is submitted successfully a notification email or the submission data can be found in your submission page.

We will wait for your response.

Yes go ahead and test it. He is using Safari. Just spoke with him to get more deatailed info. He told that sometimes there is weak internet connection and it freezes for a while then everything appears to load and it shows that it was submitted succesfully.

It could have been that the submission was not successful because of the weak internet connection when the form was submitted.

I have submitted a test submission, kindly check if you are able to receive a notification email or the submission data.

Let us know how it goes.

    I've recieved the test submission.

    Everything looks fine.

How can we be sure that the form is sent, because it shows that it is submitted succesfully but reality it is not?

You have 157 submissions in the given form. Considering this number, I think the missing ones were never submitted in the form. On top of that, you have not received an email for those submissions.

When the form is succesfully sent, the thank you message should appear. You have configured the form to show the default thank you message as shown below:

Kindly tell your technician about it.

You may also consider enabling the autofill in the form, so if there are errors, the technician can just go back to the form with all of the entries still filled.
