    JotForm is right for you. At our platform you can easily create a form and embed it to your web site. Forms can send submissions via email as well. Please take a look through the guides I'm linking below:

    Hi Suzanne,

    JotForm data is stored on our servers. We have servers located in both the US and Europe (Germany).

    So you can have your data stored in Europe Data center.

    In your account settings, you are able to switch your data to store in Europe.
