My form is glitching out intermittently - please help

My form #91344977395169, which is embedded in a Squarespace website, is glitching intermittently and rapidly miscalculating totals in the Barista Payment, Fees and Total Amount Due section. I've included a recording of the issue below. Is this a bug with Jotform, my form specifically, or something that I can fix? Extremely time-sensitive.

Thank you for sharing a web page. I have tried to replicate the issue, but form seems to behave correctly on my end. Also, I do not see related console errors. Would it be possible for you to try clearing browser cache to see if that makes any difference for you?
