Hi @Touchpointec!
Can you please provide the email address that is receiving duplicate emails and if it is happening on a specific form can you provide us with the URL?
Looking forward to your response!

It finally worked.
Very strange. I checked and that email wasn’t in there. And tried myself a few times. Finally it took.

Has this happened before to other clients? I just want to make sure it’s not happening again.
Thanks.

Hi John,
May I ask where exactly are you showing the error message? If it's on your email notification, it is probably caused by the settings on your emails. If the error shows on submissions, usually it shows when there are Unique Questions that are set up on your form.
Also, if the error is showing on the email notification settings and verified that the email is not yet on the list, it can be fixed by clearing your form cache.

been submitted yet.
I don't have a problem with multiple submissions if we can turn that off
and allow for the same email to be submitted.
Is there a way to turn off the error of this email has been submitted?
Thanks!
John

You did not mention which of your form have the issue. I can only assumed it was the TOPGOLF Columbus Oct 23 form.
I checked the form and noted that Unique Submission was enabled.
Actually Unique Submission and Unique Question are 2 different features.
Base on your details it could be the unique question feature you were referring to, but your form was not using this feature when I checked.
I checked the Forn Warnings and found that the Unique Submission error warning was customized. So the error warning message can be misleading.
You may update the Form Warnings to reflect the correct error message.
