I just experienced submission error from existing session. See attached screenshot.

Hi Andrew,
I do apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing with the submission of your form.
I did clone your form and did a test submission but was not able to duplicate the issue you experienced. I did notice that the form was pretty long but was able to submit and get to the Thank you page with no error message.
I did clear out the form cache on your account as well to see if this might fix the issue.
Can you try again and see if you are able to submit the form now?

Most likely you will not be able to recreate this issue. From the message I see that jotform was trying to make a new submission with the same submission id that was used before. This is a rare case that needs to be addressed with development team.
BTW, did you look at submissions?
this is what I see for the submission in error. It means that the encryption/decryption sequence failed on some level
