When users receive their submissions, it shows Jotform as a heading. How can I change that?

    Hi,

You can go to your form's settings, then click on "emails".  You will see "Autoresponder 1", after clicking that you can edit the email which will be sent to users.

    Hope it helps.

Thank you for responding. What I meant to ask is that the subject says JOTFORM instead of Raven Delivery: List Received.

    Hi,

I assumed that you are referring to, "Raven Delivery Quote" form. I cloned your form and ran a test submission, it's showing that the Subject is "Raven Delivery List Confirmation" on the autoresponder email.

Or are you referring to the sender email? You can set up SMTP then add your custom sender address to your autoresponder email settings.

I hope this helps. Let us know if you are referring to a different query.

Please try using your own SMTP as a sender email and see the issue still persists.

You also need to update this field in the autoresponder email.
