Account suspended

    Hello,


    I downgraded my account and now it is suspended. I need to have my forms back with all of the information and people who completed the forms! Please help me get these back.

    I have checked on our end and was unable to find an account related to your email address. Please provide us either the Jotform account username or the link to a form in your account so we can check this further on our end.

    I checked your account (Alyssashifre) and it was suspended due to our payment processor sending a notice that you had disputed subscription charges.

    If you can provide any information as to why the payment was disputed, we can check what we can do to restore access to the account.

    I wanted to downgrade so I am not sure why it was disputed. Please let me

    In order to reactivate the account you will need to lift the dispute, you may contact your bank in order to do this and once this is done, you may send us any proofs about it to support@jotform.com including this thread ID on the subject 2006791. Let us know via this thread once you have sent the email so we can check this on our end and reactivate your account.
