How to display a different message in the Thank You page instead of doing an external redirection?

    I am placing an external redirect in but when I run my account it is still only displaying your thank you page.

    Hi @empowerhome,

    I made a clone of your form ID: https://www.jotform.us/form/92875373585170 I noticed you had some conditions set up to change Thank you page to display message depending on an answer given.

    I am thinking that this might be the cause of the issue of your form not redirecting. 

    Did you want to have your form not direct if the three conditions are met but if not met to redirect?

    So I did a test and removed your conditions to change Thank you page and just redirected to the new URL and then after submitting the form redirected as expected.

    Oh that makes sense.  Someone gave me these prebuilt so I think I can change those.  It does say "display a custom message on submission".

    If I don't want to redirect them because they don't qualify, can I actually customize a popup in Jotform that says they don't currently qualify?

    This form says to display a custom message but it doesn't show anything below it to customize.  I randomly clicked in the middle though and icons popped up.  Is this a glitch?

    Yeah, I don't see these options on my screen (see picture above).

    We apologize for that. It is indeed a glitch on your form. I cleared your forms cache, cloned it, but the same issue occurred in the clone version:
