How can I make the form refresh on a laptop/pc like how it does on the phone?

Can you please elaborate further on what you wanted to do. Were you perhaps referring to Kiosk mode from Mobile Forms app?

Normally, the form should be empty when it initially load on your desktop/laptop browser.

I want to refresh the form after an entry is made on a laptop/pc - like how it does on kiosk mode on mobile forms. Is there a kiosk mode for pc's? If not, what is the quickest way to refresh the form after an entry is made? 

That is not an option for our forms on a pc/laptop. A workaround would be to redirect it back to its own URL after submission. You can do this through Thank You URL settings, guide below:

Or consider creating a custom thank you URL with redirect method - with the form URL as a redirect.

This method would ensure that people will know that they have succesfully submitted the form.
