I am forced to log in to my account after enabling encyption in the form

I created a form that collects confidential information from our clients.  To ensure security, I attempted to encrypt it and downloaded the key per your online instructions.  However, after several test submissions, I find that I am forced to log in to my Jotform account in order to view the encrypted forms.  Is this supposed to happen, as the instructions do not list this step?

Yes, it is required to log in since the key will be tied to the account. We also recommend to have an account, so you can take full control of the forms and not lost it due to cache logins.
