My Square payment form is not submitting or processing payment on my form

    I have a SQUARE account set up but the payments are not submitting/ processing on my form. the payment options are grayed out in the Jotform settings

    When the payment tools are grayed out in the form builder, that means your form has an existing payment tool. Normally, that existing payment tool should appear on the top when you click the Payment tab. 

    Your last form ID is this https://form.jotform.com/82506675597168. You have Square integration in it. It's already connected to your Square account, so I presumed you have sorted this out already. Please confirm if the issue persists, and kindly send us a screenshot of the error if you get one when you submit.
