How do I apply for the non-profit discount?

We have been using Jotform free tier for the last 5 years. Userid rangachariartrust.

We are a non-profit based in India which collects data from aspiring students and based on the response and personal interview, the trust gives out scholarship for students.

The survey is active only in the month of Nov, Dec and Jan of every year. So I usually come and update the form for the current year in October. We typically get around 200-300 submissions. Starting this year, I see you have reduced your free tier submission to 100 only and 100MB space. I understand it, as you are running a business.

My question is, when I look at your non-profit discount page, it shows 50% for annual subscription. However, it would really help if I can get discount on monthly subscription for 3 months only. And then reactivate it next year in Nov.

I can upload documentation (in India) to prove we are a non-profit. Also, here is the URL of the form which goes out to students every year.

I really like Jotform and if you look at my userid history, we have been using it for 5 years, and hope to continue.

To apply for a non-profit you may fill out and send this form along with your organization info (site URL and docs that prove to us your nonprofit status.

Give us up to 24 hrs to process the request. Upon approval, you should get an email, like this one:

IMPORTANT: When you get the "Congratulations" email and before clicking on the "Upgrade" button, make sure you have opened a fresh session at the Jotform site.

But you have not answered my question. Can i pay for 3 month only and get the 50% discount for 3 months only ?

You may apply for the monthly subscription and if you don't need the boost you can downgrade anytime.
