Only one entry is allowed. Why?

    HELLO. IM TRYING ONE FORM AND IM TOLD ONLY ONE ENTRACE IS ALLOWED.

    I THOUGHT FOR FREE FORMS 100 ENTRACES WERE ALLOWED PER MONTH.

    PLS ADVISE.
