    Nothing happens when the submit button is clicked

    Hi, I have a very urgent issue that i've posted on this forum before.  I need a solution immediately.

    I have a series of 3 identicle landing pages that include forms.  SOME users have reported back to my clients that when they click submit on 1 of the sites it doesn't do anything.

    The other sites that we have not had a single problem with are:




    Please have your team find where the problem is and get back to me ASAP.  This needs attention now.

    I checked your form in your website. Please let us know which embed method you have used? I see the codes and css class of form fields are changed.

    It also work fine for many users, but for certain users it gets hung up, which is not ok - especially when a client is informed.  We use the source code method of embedding, and adjust the code in dreamweaver after.

    Please try using the IFRAME embed method as some user might have their browser script disabled causing the form not to work.

    Is this the only soltion???  The iFrame embed isn't an option for us.  The form is highly customized on the HTML/CSS level so that the layout adapts automatically for all devices...  Why would this not be a problem on the identical sites if it had to do with browser script?

    I've just received word from the client that this is happening on the other sites as well.  iFrame is not an option for this. We need this resolved NOW.  This is a huge problem.  I can't sit here waiting for slow reponses from your support team.  I need a solution.  Do you have a number, i can talk to someone?  Reply ASAP, my client is not happy.

    We apologize for the delay. Since IFRAME is not an option, please try adding the Jquery Script NoConflict code in your header tag. By adding the code, it would help eliminate script jquery conflict within your page that is causing the issue.

    Thanks, are we sure that this will fix the problem? I cant test it because the issue is not occuring on my end.  It would be reassuring to know that the problem doesn't exist any more before reporting back to the client.

    Before applying the fix, please have a look at the following video regarding its correct implementation.

    we are having this same issue. instead of offering alternative methods to whatever embed option was used, can you please just fix the problem. i am worried that we are losing registrations for our camp because people can't register due to the submit button not responding. AND on top of that i can't even get into my own forms to make adjustments or access the embed info to even change my method. FIX THIS PLEASE!
