Hey I created a form and an email autoresponder - when I receive the email it schows the jotform icon in my email account - see screenshot.

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. It seems noreply@jotform.com is added in your contact and that is the reason it must be displaying the JotForm logo email. I would suggest you to please delete noreply@jotform.com form your email contact and see if that solves your problem.
I did test your form by sending a test submission and the auto-responder email I received does not display any logo. Please check the screenshot below:
