upgrade plan paying the diference

    Hello, I would like to upgrade from the bronze plan to the next plata plan paying the difference. $ 10 more monthly. Can you help me ? Thank you

    I have checked your account and you're in the Bronze monthly I-30WM3J823AD1 subscription via PayPal.

    Unfortunately, PayPal subscriptions can't give a pro rated discount when you upgrade to a higher plan.

    You would have to downgrade your plan back to Free and we will issue a refund.

    Then you may upgrade again to a higher plan.

    If you wish to proceed, kindly cancel your PayPal subscription by following this guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/336-How-Can-I-Cancel-My-PayPal-Subscription

    Once you have cancelled your subscription in PayPal, contact us at this thread so that we can process the downgrade and refund.

    OK thanks. Already cancel the subscription via paypal. I request to download my plan and request the return of payment via paypal. I will be watching your answer.

    You may now upgrade to the Silver monthly plan via PayPal.
