The username can is not available. Please suggest at least 3 usernames so we can check for availability.
Also, if you have any forms with custom URL links, you will need to re-create the URL with the new username as the old link will not be active. However, direct links will work fine.

I apologize for not mentioning it before. The username should not contain any special characters except '_'.
If you wish we can change the username to something like cangnx or CanGnx. Or you can also suggest any other username without ' . ' and special characters.

It seems the username cax is already linked with a different JotForm account. Please suggest any other username.
You click on the Sign up button and select Sign Up with Email then enter the desired username there to check if the username is available or not.
If the username is available, you can just tell the username so we can update it.
