Enterprise features are great, but with limitations

    Enterprise features are great, but most enterprises I know including ours use Office 365 and Jotform doesn't have any apps or integrations with Microsoft Office 365 products (Excel, Outlook Calendar, OneDrive, etc)

    Thanks for your inputs.

    Unfortunately, we do not have direct integration with the above-mentioned apps, but we do have integration with Google Sheets, Google Drive, Google Calendar among others. However, we do have integrations with One drive, Office 365, Outlook calendar via Zapier or Microsoft Flow.

    Based on user's requests we do get them escalated to our back end teams for investigation and implementation. Depending on the demand for the requested integrations, we do get apps developed and integrated. 

    The apps and integrations available for Enterprise and normal accounts are the same, however, Enterprise accounts have unlimited features for all the account limits (i.e. space, forms, submissions storage, submission views, and monthly submissions). Apart from this Enterprise accounts include exclusive support via phone also so as to expedite customers' queries.
