I have requested a password reset twice, but I do not receive an email.

    I see that you have 4 accounts. 2 guest account and 2 free account.

    Your username are "checklist" and "l2data". You can use the username to reset your password by clicking the "Forgot Password" button which is just below the "Sign In" button.
