Hi!  We are new to JotForm.  I have tried to find the answers to my questions, but I haven't been able to find them.

    1.  I need to email my form to multiple people throughout the year.  Sometimes, these will be the same people that have previously  completed and returned the form.  How can I do this?

    2.  We use GSuite.  I got all of the information  (SMTP, port number) from them but when I sent a test email, but it still came from JotForm.  Please help.

    Many thanks!

    1. Unfortunately, we do not have a feature that will allow to email multiple form users at the same time, the closest feature we have is an scheduled email which will be sent to the form submitter.

Here's a guide that will provide you more details about how this works: https://www.jotform.com/help/535-Utilizing-the-Send-Emails-Later-Function-of-the-Autoresponder-Emails

The email will be sent to all the users who submitted your form at the scheduled date.

We also have integrations with emails apps, here is the link with the list: https://www.jotform.com/integrations/category/emailling

Your second question has been moved to another thread in order to assist you better, we will assist you as soon as possible here: https://www.jotform.com/answers/2008804

    Thanks.

I appreciate the information, but maybe my question was not clear.  I need to email the same form to multiple people throughout the year - not in one day.

So, for example my form is what is filled out by the client to remove one of their employees from the program we offer.  Let's say today I need to email the form to Customer A so they can remove employee Lee.  Please walk me through how to do that.

Then, on Friday, I need to send that same form to Customer A again so they can remove employee Smith.  Please walk me through that.

    Thanks.
