How to reset the form for someone else to submit again?

Hello,

I've recently created a rental application and I was wondering if there was a way to put a button at the end of the application to start the application over for the other prospective applicant to fill out a new application and then submit both of their applications together?

Unfortunately, the feature as required is not available; however, you may allow the user to submit the form once and then redirect him to the blank form again to send a new submission.

You can use your form URL as custom thank you page. 

Another option would be to collect the basic information using the Configurable List widget, this allows to collect multiple records on a single form, this guide will help you setting this up: https://www.jotform.com/help/282-How-to-Set-Up-the-Configurable-List-Widget
