Does JotForm have the capability to validate the entry of an email or phone number?

Does JotForm have the capability to validate the entry of an email or phone number? e.g. Once entered the system sends a text and confirmation code the user enters in to confirm the phone number is legit. 

Yes, we have the email and phone number confirmation options. The E-mail Validator widget field is free. The SMS Confirmation widget field is also free, but it is based on a Twilio service so you will need to pay small Twillio fees for confirmation SMS text messages.
