We aren't getting the emails for submissions from our form

    I checked your form and notifications. You have only 2 submissions this month from 9th. Our logs show that the e-mails were sent successfully. Are you referring to these 2 notifications?

    In order to avoid email delivery issues, we would recommend you to setup your own SMTP sender. Sending via SMTP sends directly from that address taking our servers out of equation. Here is the guide:

    Not those submissions. We have had many others but I don’t know who they are. I tested it and we aren’t getting emails! Maybe I should start over with a new form??

    As advised by my colleague earlier we could only see 2 emails sent through to your email address. Could you please provide me the Form URL so I can take a further look?

    I don't think you need to start over with creating a new form. I believe we can sort this if you could provide us with the form URL.

    The form embedded on that page isn't from JotForm. Can you provide the exact web page that contains the embedded Jotform form? If you have replaced the form, unfortunately, there's nothing we can do to check the current form for you since it is not created with JotForm.

    Also, the last valid submission received by your Jotform form ThanksGIVEaway request form was last year 2018-10-31.
