Picture in submission email

    My counterparts getting the submissions are unable to view the pictures? We get the attached error when opening this picture link? Thanks

    Hi Michael,

    I do apologize for the inconvenience your counterparts are experiencing when trying to view the picture uploads.

    In your privacy settings for "Require login to view Uploaded files" you want to make sure this is unchecked.

    To get to your account settings click on the avatar in the top right corner of the page and then click on settings. Under the Settings section scroll down to the Privacy section to make sure the Require log-in to view uploaded files is unchecked.

    I also cloned your form and did a few test submissions but was not able to duplicate the issue. I was able to view the uploaded files.

    Please let us know if after changing the Privacy settting your counterparts are still having issues to view the uploaded files.
