Asked by tqroche on April 03, 2013 at 02:04 PM

I added the form for a registration and people are having touble paying by credit card with it. I removed the source code and embedded the cofe for the iFrame method and an Invalid message appears after entry. I even tried the changing the DOCTYPE and still nothing is changed. Could you please help me?

You must click "No" on the Mail Payment option in order for the menu to dropdown.

    Hi,

I am not able to reproduced issue with your form so far. I was able to test submit the form in your website http://emergingad.com/register.html

Although, I could not test it using the Credit card because it would require me to give a valid account,  I was able to test it also since it correctly reminded me that the credit card details I gave where invalid.

Using paypal correctly brought me also to the paypal screen.

I did noticed though in your form's submissions data, that there are no payments submission yet. Have you at least tried it using your own credit card? Would you like to test it in actual at least...

Try reducing the amount to 0.1 USD at least to be able to make an actual payment submission using your credit card.

Hope this help. Please inform us if the issues persist.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

The support forum thread does not allow attachment . Can you instead use this link to upload your screenshot image.

Again, I checked your form, but I found no payment submissions on it.

    Please update us.

    Thanks.
