Unable to download files from Submission Sheet

    Hi

    I want to download the attached files included in the entry forms.
    I follow the instruction I find, but the needed link does not work.

    When I click on "submission" ("Einträge") (screenshot 1)
    I get the error message:

    Die Website ist nicht erreichbar

    Die Webseite unter https://eu.jotform.com/sheets/71402823324346 ist eventuell vorübergehend nicht verfügbar oder wurde dauerhaft an eine neue Webadresse verschoben.


    ERR_FAILED


    QUite DRAMATIC !!!

    Hello Thomas, I checked the issue and there are no issues with the file download. Could you please clear your browser cache and retry? 

    Let us know if it still does not work and you can try an old submission layout by using the following URL - https://eu.jotform.com/submissions/71402823324346
