There is an error 404 when trying to open attachments to the JotForm.

If you own the form, you can download the attachment when you log in to your JotForm account. You can't download the file without logging in first due to the privacy protection that is enabled in the form owner's account.
If you own the form and you don't want to require a login when downloading the files, you can simply uncheck Require log-in to view uploaded files in your account settings.
