My account got suspended

    Hi Anushka,

    As I check your account, I see it is suspended due to violation of our Terms of Use.
    Your form is collecting sensitive information such as IDs on "Please upload ID's of all adults for faster check in" field, which is considered as phishing activity. 

    You need to comply with these recommendations if you are planning to collect these data from your customer not from the general public.

    1. Add a TERMS OF USE WIDGET (for your users to read and agree).

    2. Add a SIGNATURE WIDGET where your users can sign and agree to provide such sensitive information.

    In order to re-activate your account, we will need to delete these fields. Also let us know when you have read the Terms of Use and ready to proceed with re-activation.

    Hi Anushka,

    Please notice that after deleting this field your data belongs to the ID field will be gone irreversibly.

    Do you confirm that process?
