I'm unable to get the phone number field to integrate with Mail Chimp. The other three fields integrate fine. I've cleared the cache, acquired an alternate API key, modified the field names... the result is the same every time. Please advise. Thanks.

Have you tried creating a newer mailchimp API key, and use it to re-integrate the form again? Some users on rare occassion, have resolved issues like this by doing just that.
Please try this. Inform us if the issue persist.
