My jot forms are not showing all the submissions and people are having trouble editing this morning. Is there a problem with the system?

    Hi @tlquinton,

    I do apologize that you are experiencing this morning. We are not aware of any issue with the system today. Can you give us some examples of the submissions that you are missing such as form id? Also, your other issue regarding people having issue to edit. Are these the recipients or the users trying to edit their own submissions? Any more details you have would help to investigate this issue for you are experiencing today.

    We were able to get in and give the client a link to their form so they could continue to edit. Don't know why their email link wasn't working but we tested our link before we sent it to them and they are fine now. Thanks anyway.
