The subject line of the email that my client receives still reference to the old form

    Hi,


    I have been using jot form for pilot checkouts, but I have just been advised that when our clients get an email, it references my old Flight School, CRAFT, instead of the current on, CHS Flight School. I and the instructors receive get the correct flight school in the email subject matter.

    You have the old form name in the Autoresponder 3 email of your last form ID. You need to correct that.
