Repeating form data

Hi,

I am using Jotform to receive in product.  I record date received, what it is, a serial number, etc.  90% of the information repeats for all the pieces received.  Generally only the description and serial number will change.  

Can I repeat the information from submission to submission until I have finished checking-in the product?  It would speed up the process if I do not have to keep re-entering repetitive information.
