Account Autosuspended

    Hey!! I tried to login today and received the message that my account was auto suspended.  Is there a way to get it reactivated with the forms that were in my account? Is there anything I  need to do or has all of that information been lost? Can I reinstate my account anyway and still use this email address to have an account?

    Hi Sarah!

    The account and form were autosuspended by our system because the form contained fields which are collecting sensitive or near-sensitive information, which is a potential for phishing. You only have one form on your SarahHolt account. I have reactivated your account. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    Don't mean to jump on this thread, but I have posted 2 submission, don't see them, and I need help now. I am having the same issue.
