    I keep having a problem with this form.

    http://www.assainternational.com/iwpcps%2015%20registration.htm

    when you click the next button it just doesnt respond. This has happend multiple times and I'm sure losing business because of it. One time you said it was your servers. What is the issue here? I'm looking into other companies because I cant pay you if this isnt going to work all the time.

    Hi,

    Can you please gather your feedback code again? The jotform feedback code for your form is suppose to be like this

    <script src="//www.jotform.us/static/feedback2.js?3.1.2562" type="text/javascript">

    new JotformFeedback({

    formId:'30563988784169',

    base:'http://jotform.us/',

    windowTitle:'IWPCPS-15 Registration  Form',

    background:'#6565CC',

    fontColor:'#FFFFFF',

    type:false,

    height:500,

    width:700

    });

    </script>

    But from what I see in your website its quite different.

    Please apply the code I provided and try test your form again.

    Thanks.

    I copied the script from your site for the lightbox. I just tried the script you gave me on a test site and it still didnt work. This has to be something on your end.

    I see you haven't replaced the script in your page with the one Jonathan provided to you

    Jonathan's start with

    <script src="//www.jotform.us/static/feedback2.js?3.1.2562" type="text/javascript">

    new JotformFeedback({

    formId:'30563988784169',

    base:'http://jotform.us/',

    windowTitle:'IWPCPS-15 Registration  Form',

    background:'#6565CC',

    fontColor:'#FFFFFF',

    type:false,

    height:500,

    width:700

    });

    </script>

    I just changed it. Everytime I change the code, the next time it doesnt work you tell me to change the code again. Why is this? Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt

    Hi,

    I just viewed again the source code of your website. I can see that the code for the form is still your old code

    My suggestion is for you to remove and replace this codes with the one I provide in my previous message. You are the only one who can do this because this is on your website.

    I made a test page on my test website here. I used the correct JotForm codes.

    If you test it, you will know that my test form(which is actually your form)  is working.

    Inform us if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.
