I created a form with a PayPal payment option. After creating the form, I tried it to see if it works. It took me to the PayPal page, but then stated there is a problem with the seller information.
I can't find out where that information is in the form settings.

Usually the error message like that is due to wrong paypal email account provided.
Please check your form payment field and make sure that the email account you provide on the paypal settings is a valid account.
