Signatures at Different Times

Hey there! We have a small aesthetics company and on our forms, both the person receiving the service and the aesthetician have to sign. We are hoping to have patients be able to fill out the form and add an aesthetician's signature later.

Is that a possibility? If so, do you have any recommendations on how we would do that?

Yes, the patient can fill out and submit the form, later the aesthetician can open the form with the edit submission link and sign it.

Also, do you wish to display the signature field only for the aesthetician? If yes, you can set a condition to display the field only when we open the form with the edit submission link.

For that you will need to add Get Form Page URL widget to the form and set a condition like below:
