I purchased bronze October 4th and now see Jotform branding on my forms.
When I went to turn it off, I was prompted to upgrade my plan again.

I checked your account, but I couldn't find any subscription or transaction made to your account. Could you please provide us with a proof/invoice so that we can further check the subscription you are referring to?

Hello - To clarify. were you charged in your credit card after receiving this email? This usually happens if your credit card has insufficient balance.
