Help to downgrade and update new invoice

    Hi Jotform support,

    I'm using Bronze package for 1 year now, but I just move on the Silver package for 1 month, but I didn't see the invoice to payment for 1 month and also I need to downgrade this package after finished (22 Nov 2019). Could you please help to send me the invoice for silver package & help to dowgrade my Silver package to Bronzer package after 22 Nov 2019? Thanks :)

    Here is the invoice for your Silver Monthly plan.

    You can also check the invoice on your account billing page.

    And to change the subscription, as it is a Stripe billing, you can switch the subscription at any time. Once the Silver Monthly plan renewed, you can just switch the subscription to Bronze Yearly.
