    Hi there,

I have a jotform subscription and have set up a jotform survey and received responses that I can view in the jotform sheet. Now I want to send out the same form, but slightly amended (most of the questions are the same but some have changed) to a different set of people, but I would like the data to be collected in the same jotform sheet as the orginal form.

    Can I do this?

    best,

    Leonard

If you want to receive the data in same sheet, you need to use the same form. Please go ahead and make changes in the existing form and share the URL with users. You need to keep this in mind that if you delete any form field, it will also delete the associated submission data as well.

If you need to delete any field, I would suggest you to please hide that field and add new question in form. The following guide should help you how to hide questions: https://www.jotform.com/help/434-How-to-Hide-Form-Fields

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.
