sub-user>Inbox: unable to view selected submission data

    When I search a name and click on other search results, the page will not load.

    Can you please clear your browser cache and give it a try? Let me know if the issue is still persisting.

    The problem is still persisting. The web page acts like it is moving through several different pages and then ends up on a blank page.

    Apologies for the inconvenience caused to you.

    I have checked your account and I can see that the form is question is a shared form. I have cleared the form cache just in case if it helps.

    Meanwhile can you please confirm that are you following the same steps as followed in the screencast? Can you try to connect to a different network/wifi or a different browser and check?

    I'm not using the same steps. I have a list of names that I am having to search within the form, so I am typing the names in as I am looking for them. 

    Unfortunately, I do not have a different network to try. I have tried Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox, both browsers are doing the same thing.

    I have tested my sub-user account and was able to replicate the issue.

    It seems sub-users are not able to view the selected submission in the inbox.

    I have escalated the issue to our back-end  team for further investigation.

    They will contact you via this thread once updates are available.

    Hmmm... That is strange, I've been using this function just fine until today.
