Not sure the form is working correctly

    Good afternoon

    I am not sure the form/system is working correctly.  

    For some reason I can only see the last application and despite looking at it I am still getting the notification that there is a new application, even though I have already downloaded a PDF copy of it. 

    In addition I sed to be able to scroll through the application forms from the green forward/back arrows but that is now not working either. 


    I have not had any new applications either but a couple of applicants have said they have filled inn the forms online but they haven't come through.


    Can you have a look and let me know if there is an issue please as we now use this as our main way of registering drivers for temporary work.

    Please embed the form on your web page using the iFrame code and then let us know if the issue is persisting.

    Good afternoon, 


    I have done that and still having the same issue. It is NOT really with the form, moreover with the back office. 

    People are able to access and complete the forms, but sometimes they dont show up in the back office side. 


    In addition, Even when I view the forms and download a PDF copy the system is still telling me I have a NEW applicant, even though it is one that has been viewed and downloaded. 


    Further, The little green arrows that you could use to scroll through the applications are now not doing anything at all. 

    I hope that makes better sense than my least email.

    Thank you for further clarifying. I can understand the issue here is with respect to the form responses/submissions that you are viewing from your Form Submission page. Is that correct?

    You are viewing this 1 submission as unread, even though it is viewed in the submission page. Am I correct?

    Regarding the little green arrows, I believe you are referring to the ones present in the Form Submission page. They are working fine. I believe you were viewing this 1 file as unread, because, a submission from Sep 28, 2019 was still unread in the submission page.

    I've marked it now. Please check if you are still seeing this unread submission number on your My form page.
